Terms and Conditions
By hiring Dream Clean Exteriors LLC, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions for services including but not limited to: pressure washing, roof cleaning, paver and concrete sealing, commercial cleaning, dock cleaning, and RV/mobile home washing.
1. Service Agreement
Upon scheduling any service, the Client agrees to allow Dream Clean Exteriors LLC access to the property on the scheduled date and time. Services will be performed as outlined in the estimate or invoice provided.
2. Scope of Work
We provide the following services:
- Residential & commercial pressure washing (siding, driveways, sidewalks, fences, etc.)
- Roof cleaning (soft wash or low-pressure depending on material)
- Paver and concrete cleaning & sealing
- Commercial property exterior cleaning
- Dock and marina cleaning
- RV & mobile home washing
All services are subject to visual inspection and accessibility. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services if unsafe or unforeseen conditions exist.
3. Property Conditions & Liability
Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to:
- Clear the service area of vehicles, furniture, decorations, and personal items.
- Ensure all windows and doors are tightly closed.
- Inform us of any existing damage or areas of concern.
Damage Waiver:
While we take great care, Dream Clean Exteriors LLC is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage (including cracks, chips, loose siding, faded surfaces, or oxidation).
- Water intrusion due to poor seals, unsealed windows, or deteriorated structures.
- Damage to delicate items left in the work area.
- Plant Damage: We are not responsible for the death or damage of plants, grass, shrubs, or landscaping due to the chemicals used during roof or exterior cleaning. While we take precautionary steps such as pre-wetting and rinsing surrounding vegetation, due to the nature of the cleaning solutions used, we cannot guarantee that plants will not be affected.
Roof Cleaning Notice:
Our roof cleaning method is designed to be safe, but older or brittle shingles or tiles may still break or dislodge. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing roof conditions.
4. Paver and Concrete Sealing
Color and Finish Variations:
Sealer appearance may vary based on paver type, porosity, and condition. We cannot guarantee uniform appearance.
Cure Time:
Please keep all sealed surfaces dry and traffic-free for at least 24-48 hours after application. Failure to do so may affect results and void warranty.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to scheduling.
Accepted payment methods:
Cash, Check, or Credit Card only.
Late Payment:
If payment is not received within 24 hours of job completion, a late fee of 5% per day will be added to the total balance due.
The Client agrees to be fully responsible for any and all legal fees, attorney's fees, collection agency costs, and court filing fees incurred in the process of collecting unpaid balances.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Weather may affect scheduling; we reserve the right to delay or move service due to unsafe conditions.
No-shows or cancellations without notice may be subject to a $50 fee.
7. Warranties
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for cleaning services. If issues arise, contact us promptly.
Sealing services may carry a limited warranty depending on surface type and environmental exposure, as specified in your estimate.
8. Photos & Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing purposes. No identifying features of the property (address, license plates) will be shared.
9. Liability Limitation
In no event shall Dream Clean Exteriors LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for more than the total fee paid for the service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
